...the roof of my rink collapsed under two feet of snow today.

Guess I need to find something else athletic to do now. Maybe I'll train for a half-marathon, it's going to take awhile to rebuild that place.

I also skated at that rink regularly.
Was on 2 adult league teams and have been providing goalie services for their Novice Night program for over a year now.
I am very sad this has happened, and hope they can afford to rebuild quickly.

Thank God no one was hurt and that the staff recogizned the signs that the roof was going to collapse a whole hour before it all came down. If people had been inside during the collapse, there would have been a serious loss of life.

I've actually played a few Thursday night pickup sessions and subbed an A-league game.

Still trying to get timing and angles back, but getting there... now just need to find a team or 2!
